Copper electroplating on end-user demonstrators

After the successful deposition of a conductive Ni-P layer on end-user demonstrators provided by Arcelik and Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), Creative Nano continued with the electroplating process of the demonstrators using a copper bath to deposit a thick copper layer which will be the basis where the next metallic layers (Nickel and Chromium) will adhere to. The copper layer provides a very high resistance to corrosion along with a maximum coverage of the appearance defects on the plastic surface. The initial experiments conducted on demonstrators with complex geometry showed very promising results as a uniform, shiny and robust copper layer is successfully deposited onto the Ni-P layer.
