European Researchers’ Night is an annual event that takes place across Europe to celebrate and promote the work of researchers and scientists. This year, the event took place on the 29th of September in 26 countries. The main goal of European Researchers’ Night is to bring researchers and the general public closer together, fostering a greater understanding of the importance of science and research in our daily lives. In Athens, Greece, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) hosted the event at the historical Averof building.
FreeMe project’s partner, Creative Nano, disseminated the project, engaged with researchers, showcased hands-on experiments, and demonstrated the electroless plating on plastic surfaces. A dedicated video was created for that purpose, which is available HERE.
