Concluding one year of the FreeMe project, partners were eager to meet again for the 3rd consortium meeting that took place in Thessaloniki, Greece on June 15th and 16th 2023. The meeting was organized in hybrid mode, with physical participation at the premises of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and online participation option.
During the meeting, FreeMe consortium had the opportunity to present progress made in each work package, and to discuss the future steps. Our host, professor Triantafyllidis, welcomed partners and guided them in AUTH’s premises and laboratories.
In addition, at the end of the consortium meeting, the first internal training of the FreeMe project was successfully delivered, divided into two sections. During the first section, “Biobased epoxy polymers and composites” were analyzed by AUTH, focusing on the one of two main technologies that will be developed in the project. The second section was delivered by IDENER, and it was focused on the “Modelling for optimization of the FreeMe processes”
